Order Processing & Production Time

  • Made-to-Order Items: All of our products are handmade to order. Once your order is received, it will take approximately 5-7  business days to process and create your item(s).
  • Production Time: Please note that production times may vary based on the complexity of the order, product availability, and the volume of orders we are currently processing.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Times

  • After your order is completed and ready for shipment, we will ship it using the method you selected at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website for updates on its status.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be applied upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We will keep you updated on any significant delays and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@jaielleco.com to update it before we process and ship the order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
